Yes. All postnatal consultations include 2 weeks of email support, to help smooth out any additional issues that may crop up after your consultation with me. You can also book a follow up consultation if required.

No. I am not a Tongue Tie Practitioner, and so cannot divide tongue ties. If I think your baby would benefit from seeing a Tongue Tie Practitioner, I can refer you on to a suitable service.

Yes. Domperidone can be used off-label as a galactogogue (to increase milk production). After a full assessment, if I deem it to be safe and appropriate for you to be treated with domperidone, then I can prescribe this for you.

Not currently, no. I can see you in your own home if you live locally to me, otherwise I can see you via video consultation.

It's your decision, and I am happy to facilitate either, but in my experience a face to face consultation offers several advantages. It's an opportunity for me to get close to observe you breastfeeding and/or pumping, examine your breasts, nipples and baby, and perform any necessary blood tests.

Please do not feel you need to tidy your house or get changed out of your PJs - this is the beauty of a home visit! I will take you as I find you :) 

Please have your baby's red book, any breast pump/nipple shields and any other equipment available, as well as of course your baby!
